This Tetris game inspired Father's Day card says DAD but could easily be changed out for a (short) name, or a birthday number. (Google search "pixel font" for letters and numbers.) The inside greeting is printed in a pixel font. The card idea comes from Jennifer Rzasa. I did not include her sliding game controller element. How to make a Tetris inspired card Make It!
